So it is a time when children come to the nursery and we are waiting for everyone. I suggested playing a house. The children brought four high chairs and I covered them with a blanket. I turned on the flashlight on my phone and in an instant we moved to another world, only ours, where the bravest travellers can reside. For a dozen or so seconds we sat in a silence, only looking at each other, when suddenly the blanket lifted slightly and we saw a boy named Tymek ..
Together, we invited him to our mysterious land. Tymek’s face was a pure image of happiness. A slight smile, big blue eyes that suddenly seemed even bigger, expressed everything – joy, curiosity, excitement and the promise of an amazing adventure that was about to come.
The happiest children in the world were sitting under a blanket with a lit flashlight for a few minutes. That day I understood a lot … I created this place for such moments…

The modern world is changing very quickly. Constructs a new reality, also educational, which changes its face. I am an educator, family assistant. I completed postgraduate studies in a fascinating field of the functions and possibilities of brain development – neurodidactics. I am still taking up new challenges, expanding my knowledge and competences by participating in many trainings, symposia and conferences on early support for children’s development.
With my activities, I want to raise awareness of the importance of nursery education for the development of a child. For the last three years I have been working as a babysitter, also doing internships in Great Britain and Switzerland, where the sense of security and self-overcoming difficulties are two basic components thanks to which the child organizes its world, builds individuality, develops social and emotional competences and motivation to take up new ones. challenges, without fear.
To make the stay in the Brain Faktor nursery the first step towards the stars of my little pupils. I don’t mean a star from the sky, but a constellation in outer space as viewed through a spacecraft’s glass. It is possible! Through our actions, knowledge and competences, we can sow in them this faith, curiosity, openness and the will to make their dreams come true. Therefore, on the basis of experience and accumulated knowledge, I implement innovative didactic forms based on the assumptions of neurodidactics, psychomotorics and sensory integration, which have a real impact on the development of brain functions. Properly selected didactic methods support analytical and logical thinking and spatial perception. They create the foundation for building subsequent structures in the way the mind processes information.
Such fields of science as technology, engineering, mathematics, and IT industries are the future of our children. This path begins now!
The quality of care offered by the Brain Faktor nursery is at the highest level. I am aware that the didactic activities we undertake will determine the intellectual, social and psychomotor future of children. This is our task, duty and great responsibility.
